  Yo, extra points for having a sandwich called the Beyonce.
  
  So far I've tried the Brisket, Bacon, Bourbon, BBQ sammy and the pulled pork sammy. The brisket sammy was really good and I loved the pieces of bacon in it. But, that pulled pork sammy was out of this world. The pulled pork was really juicy and tender. And you get your choice of sauce on your meat. I asked for the spiciest one and normally I'm skeptical when people say their hot sauce is spicy enough for me, but this one was suuuuper spicy and flavorful! I definitely wanna get this sauce on all of their sammys.
  
  You can find Jurassic Pork on W. Baltimore and Green on Wednesdays and Fridays. I go to school right across the street so this is super convenient for me. And the guys who work there are so friendly! If you see this truck be sure to try it out!

  This food truck comes to my job often and I've never tried it until recently. My co worker said they have food fries. I went ahead and tried the fries and Mac and Cheese. It was pretty good. I should have got something with actual pork to try but I was undecided with a line of hungry customers behind me. The service was good. They undercharged me by mistake but didn't ask to correct it since it was their error.
  Suggestion to the owner: Create pork fries. I didn't see it in the menu to I apologize if it's there. If not, this would be a game changer!
  I look forward to trying more in the menu!

  Easily the best BBQ I have ever had.He makes everything from scratch and expertly crafts it.He is a classicly trained chef so everything tastes amazing. I highly recommend ordering his corn muffins they are amazing. The pulled pork is fantastic,  I love it. He also caters so his food is great for parties as well. A definite must try.

  I am only withholding the 5th star because I haven't had everything on the menu yet. But what I can say is everything that I have had is great.
  
  So far that includes:
  Mac-Daddy: brisket with mac and cheese on top
  Andouille Sausage
  Tater Tots
  Fried Chicken
  Brisket and Blue cheese jalapeno poppers (that is an original creation i suggested to the owner, yea I am special I know)
  
  This food truck parks near my office building every Tuesday (behind Loafers off the Caton exit)
  
  The owner is super friendly and helpful and his dogs are adorable.
  
  Everything I have eaten so far has been good and that is why I am slowly working through the entire menu and you cannot go wrong with any of the special BBQ sauces.
  
  if you see this truck anywhere near you or at any gathering make sure you grab a bite to eat!

  I usually catch them at the Sunday Catonsville Farmers Market. Haven't had a bad sandwich yet! The cornbread is pretty damn awesome too.
